Audience Tracking and Face Detection
AI-based camera systems for data-compliant measuring of people in order to react dynamically to characteristics such as number or gender by displaying the corresponding content on a monitor.

| Description | This camera module recognizes human faces. All without saving video or image; only the meta data such as number, gender and age are saved. This ensures that it meets all GDPR data requirements, since no personal data is collected or evaluated. The set consists of a camera (Logitech) and a mini PC specially developed for AI applications with special hardware acceleration for the computationally intensive detection of age, gender or any other characteristics. |

| Example | In a supermarket, screens with advertisements are displayed at the checkout. Appropriate advertising information is displayed on the screen based on the characteristics of age and gender. The recorded data can also be evaluated with viewneo Analytics, so that you can see at what times at which checkouts there are more male/female and more younger/older customers. |

Sensors
All of the following sensors have been specially developed for use in smart store solutions. Like any other hardware from viewneo, these sensors are fully integrated with the viewneo software.
RFID Sensors/Readers

| Description | The viewneo RFID module is an easy-to-install system consisting of RFID readers (sensors) that are connected to an RFID gateway. RFID readers recognize an object (trigger) provided with an RFID tag (sticker) and send the ID to the viewneo cloud. The CMS controls how the trigger should react (action). |

| Example | All lift and learning scenarios can thus be implemented, which allows special content is to be displayed on a monitor when a visitor/customer has a physical object, e.g. a product or training object, moved away from a specific location or placed in a specific location. Coat Hook Sensors

| Description | These special sensors are built into a product wall. Towards the front, they are normal hooks on which products (with or without hangers) are hung. The sensors recognize different products precisely to the gram based on their specific weight. In contrast to RFID, the products don't need an RFID sticker to identify them. |

| Example | Different items of clothing are hung on a product wall and can be picked up by customers. Every time a product is picked up, a description of the product appears on a screen. Shelf Sensors

| Description | These special sensors are built into a wall, on which shelves are attached to the front. Like the coat hook sensors, the sensors recognize the products that have been placed or removed based on a gram-accurate differentiation of the different weights of different products. In contrast to RFID, the products are not provided with an RFID sticker to identify them. |

| Example | Sensory shelves are installed on a wall in the shop, which can recognize that a customer has picked up a product and which product it is. Control of Any Kind of Electrical Device
If you want to control digital content on screens synchronously with any lamp or motor, then you need the following modules.

| Description | This smart socket is an accessory for the gateway viewneo Butler. The Butler controls the socket via a Zigbee radio signal. The range between socket and gateway (Butler) is max. 25 meters. Together with the Butler as a gateway and this socket, you can switch lamps or motors depending on certain events. Events can, for example, be buttons that operate users on a table. Starting a certain content on the digital signage screen can also represent an event. For example, a product can be rotated on a motorized turntable as soon as the corresponding commercial is displayed. |

| Example | Fan is controlled by a video. When the video reaches the point where the woman's hair starts to blow, the Butler turns on the smart outlet. This starts the fan. To the viewer, it looks as if the fan is moving the woman's hair in the monitor.
