Easy 14-Day Return Policy

It is important to use that you are satisfied with your purchase with us. That’s why Adversign Media offers you a quick and easy exchange policy. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Adversign Media within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

Redemption

Adversign Media reserves the right to refuse a return or to charge a minimum of a 15% warehouse charge unless the following conditions are met:

• All returned products must be in a new condition, in their original packaging (including an intact UPC code), and must contain all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
• laims for items or parts damaged by the transport must be indicated immediately after receipt of the goods.
• Adversign Media is not responsible for any personal data that may be stored on the returned goods.
• Adversign Media is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any goods sold by us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the goods.

Products excluded from the right of exchange

• Unpacked TV sets, combos and screens that are more than 32-inches diagonal
• Opened computer hardware and software
• Electronic software downloads

Defective items can be repaired, replaced or reimbursed at our discretion.

Duration

Please note that processing time can be up to five business days.

Reimbursement and Credits

As soon as we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will contact you regarding a solution to the problem and will credit your account with a reimbursement amount. It can take up to seven days for the credit to appear on your account. In most cases, your refund will be applied to the payment method selected when you placed your order.
