Düsseldorf-based Digital Signage provider Adversign Media is launching for the first time a solution specifically for the B2B sector. This represents an expansion of the in-house viewneo software package under the name viewneo Enterprise Solution. The focus of the new software is on providing Digital Signage to service providers, resellers, larger companies, and franchises.

Also for the first time, the software will be offered as a White Label version, which allows for design adjustments to the user interface, as well as, a separate request URL. These features are of particular interest for companies which want to distribute the cloud-based software under their own brand or wish to offer additional Digital Signage services.

“The Enterprise Solution enables our partners to use software that is adapted to their own corporate design, which helps to present a professional image and build trust among customers and users. Additionally, our partners will continue to benefit from our successfully-developed software platform with the Enterprise solution, without the financial risk associated with developing such a solution on their own”, explains André Uschmann, Head of Software Development at Adversign Media.

In addition, viewneo Enterprise can be used in conjunction with the Ultra HD Player, the viewneo 4K SignageBox, with its own logo and distribution under its own brand.

The viewneo Enterprise Solution also includes a new, differentiated user and rights system that enables maximum personalization of the software down to the smallest detail. The new flexibility in allocating rights should simply the administration of multiple accounts and make the software easier to use for larger companies. For the first time, several sub-accounts can now be controlled and managed centrally, which is particularly useful for companies with multiple locations, franchises, or who manage content for customers as a Digital Signage service provider.

“In practice, the more branches a company has, the more heterogeneous is the communication via digital signage, despite more or less restrictive corporate guidelines. With a more centralized system, large companies can easily harmonize their DS content and ensure a consistent external presentation,” adds Uschmann.

The viewneo Enterprise Solution also offers extended service in the form of a personal contact at Adversign Media to provide personalized third-level support.

The viewneo Enterprise Solution will be available from mid-November 2016.
